On the long coastline of the Andaman Sea, Phang Nga Bay National Park is hidden like an enchanting sapphire in the stunning Gulf of Thailand.

Among the many areas and islands it encompasses is Pingkan Island, now known as "James Bond Island", the setting for the 1974 film "The Man with the Golden Gun" starring James Bond.

With the 1974 James Bond film "The Man with the Golden Gun," Khao Phangan and sometimes even Tapa Island became widely known as James Bond Island.

Its original name is rarely used by locals, especially by tourist guides. The island was hardly visited by anyone until 1974.

But it was chosen as one of the filming locations for the 1974 James Bond movie and was where Bond's rival, Francisco Scaramanga, hid.

James Bond Island is one of the many must-see attractions in Phang Nga Bay that one would expect to see a list of in Phuket.

There are many positive and negative perceptions of this landmark island, most of which are justified.

It wasn't until the old 1974 Bond movies "Roger Moore" and "The Man with the Golden Gun" played by Christopher Lee that people knew.

Thirty years ago the James Bond movie "The Golden Gunman" was actually never seen, when it was still too young and still in position not to understand James.

We were too young to understand the love of James Bond and Bond girl. So we don't know about Phang Nga Bay.

This time to Phuket, Phuket not only has sunshine, sandy beaches, and Phang Nga Bay, and it is also said to be one of the places that Phuket must visit.

Phang Nga Bay is in the northeast corner of Phuket, near the mountains.

The seawater here is not very blue and not very clear, the beach is not white and not fine, containing too much mud, and not a place to play with the sea and the beach.

But the sunshine is still flooding, beautiful women are still weaving, viewing, looking, and kayaking here, or a splendid, quite pleasing to the eye.

Banged Island is located in Phang Nga Bay, and even the cruise from Phuket through the stunning limestone cliffs is awe-inspiring.

The views from the island are beautiful.

It has a natural curiosity and excellent photo opportunities, which is why it was chosen as a movie location.

It's always fun to watch real people in movies or old movies, and to realize that there is no door to a mysterious lair, or that radar doesn't send signals from the rocks!

As beautiful as the island is, the most touching moments are sitting on the boat watching the oddly shaped limestone towers, the karst formations, and the rocks rising from the jade-like Andaman Sea.

While Phuket itself is full of charm and exoticism, there's nothing more appealing about a vacation package in Phuket than indulging in an island hopping tour!

There are many attractions in Phuket, which can be explored by renting a longtail boat or booking a tour around the island.

James Bond Island is a great tourist destination and like everywhere else, there are plenty of vendors selling souvenirs.

When the season comes, it is crowded, long-tail boats are everywhere, and many people pose in front of the rocks.

The area was originally inhabited by unspoiled indigenous people before the film was released, but has now become one of the most popular tourist destinations in Thailand, so go early to avoid the crowds.
