1. Amakusa jellyfish



The largest diameter of Amakusa jellyfish can reach 9cm. It is distributed in some sea areas of the Indian Ocean and North Atlantic jellyfish. It preys on plankton and other jellyfish. The body of the Amakusa jellyfish is translucent, and about eight wrists protrude from the center of the umbrella body, which can be extended behind the umbrella. The small tentacles around the umbrella body are very long, some as long as 1 meter. When swimming in the water, it is like dragging a large net. When it encounters food, it will quickly curl up, hugging the food and sending it to the wrist.


2. Arctic jellyfish



The largest of the jellyfish is the Arctic jellyfish distributed in the Atlantic Ocean. Its canopy can reach 2 to 5 meters in diameter, and there are eight groups of tentacles on the lower edge of the canopy, each with about 150 tentacles. Each tentacle stretches more than 40 meters, and it can shrink the jellyfish to only one-tenth of its original length in one second. There are stinging cells on the tentacles, which can turn out the barbed wire to radiotoxin. When all the tentacles are stretched out, it is like a net covering an area of ​​500 square meters. Once any ferocious animal is thrown into the net, it will be captured.


3. Peach jellyfish



Commonly known as "Peach Blossom Fish", "Parachute Fish". Hydra jellyfish, transparent body, slightly milky white, the size of a thumb, between 0.1 cm and 1 cm in diameter, with about 256 tentacles, which can be divided into seven grades according to length. . The peach blossom jellyfish has extremely high requirements on the living environment, the water quality should not have any pollution, the living body is rare, and it is extremely difficult to make specimens.
